Training: The Human Job
The Human Job is the training programme of Cloudernetes LLP, backed by CloudWell Group LLC, USA: a 14-week, full-time AI-Native Engineering Bootcamp for final-year engineering students, with technical instruction by U.S.‑based Lead Architects and career-readiness support.
We teach the stack we deliver.
The Human Job teaches the stack we deliver for clients: AI-assisted engineering, AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes, Amazon Connect Customer and Agentic CX Designer. It teaches it with the same discipline we expect of our own engineers: build it yourself, keep it in version control, get it reviewed, and explain your decisions.
“Project konochu. Proof konalemu.” You can buy a project. You can’t buy proof.
What students learn
Weeks 1–2 · Foundations
Python, Git and GitHub, and engineering with ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and Claude Code.
Weeks 2–4 · AWS
The AWS ecosystem, then two hands-on AWS workshops: IAM, Lambda, APIs, storage, logs and monitoring.
Weeks 5–6 · DevOps and Kubernetes
Terraform, CI/CD, containers and a practical Kubernetes on Amazon EKS workshop.
Weeks 7–10 · Conversational and agentic AI
Two Amazon Connect Customer workshops, then Agentic CX Designer.
Weeks 11–14 · Capstone
A capstone from a business requirement: architecture review, build, final demo and oral defense.
Every topic: build, review, defend
Build
Every implementation individually, in a private GitHub repository, with AI as an assistant.
Review
Cross-squad peer review of the real work, in rotating five-person squads with defined roles.
Defend
A short personalised defense per major topic, built from what the student actually built and fixed.
Students finish with a defended capstone, a public GitHub portfolio, at least four technical videos and résumé and LinkedIn evidence, plus a Programme Completion Certificate issued by CloudWell Group LLC, USA (not a degree or accreditation). Career-readiness support is included; jobs and placements are not promised, and employer engagement is subject to partner availability.
